Reach Us
Email hello@prayerflagvoyages.com for all new trip requests. Phone plus 975 555 0142 connects to the Thimphu desk on weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm Bhutan time. Our street address is Norzin Lam 12, Thimphu 11001, Bhutan. The Kathmandu desk supports Nepal legs and regional flight checks by appointment.
We reply within 2 business days. Festival weeks in March, April, September, and October bring higher volume, so write 4 to 6 months ahead for those periods. For other months, 6 to 8 weeks is usually enough for clearance, hotels, and guide assignment.
What to Include
- Travel dates with flexibility of plus or minus 3 days where possible.
- Group size and ages, including children under 12 for half-SDF calculation.
- Interests in order, such as festivals, hiking, photography, food, or crafts.
- Fitness notes for walks, including knee or altitude concerns.
- Hotel tier preference and dietary limits.
- Arrival city for regional flights, such as Kathmandu, Delhi, Bangkok, or Singapore.
After You Write
A planner confirms receipt, asks follow-up questions, and sends a day-by-day proposal with line-item pricing. On approval we invoice the SDF and visa deposit and file clearance. Past travelers and returning groups receive priority on guide assignment during peak weeks. If you are already in Bhutan, your guide remains the fastest contact for daily timing and any same-day needs.
Timing and Office Hours
The Thimphu desk works weekdays 9 am to 5 pm Bhutan time, which is 30 minutes ahead of India and 15 minutes ahead of Nepal. Email sent on Friday evening Bhutan time receives a reply by Tuesday. Urgent in-trip matters reach the duty phone through your guide at any hour. For permit questions inside 14 days of travel, mark the subject line with your arrival date so we triage correctly.
Addresses
Mail and visits go to Norzin Lam 12, Thimphu 11001, Bhutan. Visits run by appointment so a planner is free to sit with you. The Kathmandu desk meets Nepal-leg travelers in Thamel by appointment for briefings, gear checks, and clearance printout handover before the Paro flight.
